Surface materials used in automotive production must withstand impact, temperature swings and sunlight all at once. That is why the sheets we produce for the automotive sector are engineered for high impact resistance, heat resistance and UV resistance together.

Our ABS sheets, used in interior trim panels, cladding parts and thermoformed components, show consistent draw behavior even in complex geometries. Keeping the thinning ratio under control during molding preserves part strength.

For applications with exterior visibility, we recommend our ABS/PMMA composite structure. Produced through co-extrusion, this multi-layer sheet combines the impact resistance of ABS with the surface hardness and gloss of PMMA, giving a surface that is more resistant to scratching.

Our sheets are suitable for machining, drilling, punching, heat bending and milling. Color, thickness and surface texture (matte, glossy, embossed) can be produced to order, with color consistency maintained across batches in series production.
